I love reading meaningful saying about life and sometimes sayings in different languages happen to be more interesting or have more significance. This particular saying is a french saying and stood out for me at an extend that I had to share
a bon chat, bon rat
which translates : to a good cat, a good rat which basically is a way of saying an equal opportunity. It was used throughout the 16th century and in a way means that of equality in strength when it comes to competition or opposition party.
