Ingredients:

For a sandwich

  • Minced beef 250 gr.

Preparation:

So. Prepare all the products. We look that we have not forgotten anything - then there will be no time to fuss.
We cut the onion rings. Four mugs of tomato - two on a sandwich. Six pieces of beef brisket - three on a sandwich.

Leaves of lettuce. I, I confess, forgot to buy a salad and chopped a little cabbage.
For sauce we cut marinated olives into pieces. Squeeze 2 cloves of garlic.

Mix mayonnaise with ketchup.
Stirring. We set it aside.

Suddenly I was puzzled by even and thin cutlets. Forms special did not find the house. Somewhere is gone. The output is a lid in diameter with a piece of bread. Anointed the inside for a better separation of the stuffing with oil and turned out two thin even cutlets.

Now we wrap everything tightly in paper and press it a little. This will reduce the height and squeeze the sauce on the edges, which will also soften the crust and bread with further heating and "glue" the ingredients together. Two bank gum will not let the whole thing turn around.

It's about 1-2 minutes, depending on the power. The goal is just to warm up everything. Gently unfold, give a little cool and enjoy a hot hearty snack. The sandwich is so big and rich that it is better to serve it on a table with tea or coffee, well, or on other recipes of drinks, in your taste.
