Talk to a trusted friend.
It helps for some people when they can unleash
their anger. As a trusted friend, just be there.
Lend them your ears, your shoulders.Crying it out. Crying is a form of therapy in itself.
We have a child in each one of us, I am a firm believer of
that. Society made crying for adults a taboo BUT you know
just how good it can feel to let it out.Write a letter to yourself.
This may sound crazy but it works for me when I am down
and out. Write a letter address to yourself and just talk to yourself
and figure a way out to help yourself.
And guess what you can do after venting all your frustrations
on the paper?
THROW IT INTO THE BIN!
Yes! THROW your problem away!
Give it a shot, even though it will not magically just
solve your challenges, it can relieve a considerable amount
of emotional load for you.
Write To Somebody Whom You Do Not Know
If you would like to just let it out on to someone, someone
you do not know yet, you can write to me at: [email protected]Ask yourself, how can I better handle this situation?
Is it worth your while to be upset? You definitely deserve
a better reception.
