Anger is one of the most intense emotions that humans experience. It is based on a need for the ego always have satisfied all desires.

In the infant stage, totally directed by the instinctive reactions, the frustration of the will usually generate bursts of anger, and the child cries, screams and kicks when what she wants is denied.

Even if the adult patiently try to explain the reasons why he can not have that object or situation, most of the time, the child ego refuses to accept.

This is because it does not yield to rational argument, is moved only by the immediate pleasure, well-being feeling that the satisfaction of his desire causes him.

And likewise, in the adult world the angry reactions often reveal a being immature, constantly demanding that all requests are met.

Anger, in most cases hides a latent pain, a wound generated by a circumstance that life denied something that we, according to our belief, it would make us happy. And every time we experience the same feeling, the reaction is visceral.

The desire is for an achievement material, emotional or any other nature, is based on the search for a permanent welfare state that every human being pursued.

And the greater the emptiness, the greater the intensity with which they try to fill it with victories from abroad. Until we become aware of this mechanism, the reaction will always rage, whether it manifests explicitly or suppressed and, in time, turned into an imbalance in the physical body.

In life, remember one thing: never want anything as intensely as if it were a matter of life or death. Be a little playful.

I'm not saying, do not want to - because that will become a repression in you. I'm saying, desire but let your desire be playful. If you can accomplish it, great. If you do not realize it, maybe it was not the right time; we'll see next time. Learn something of the art of play.

That's what I mean when I talk to do not take anything seriously ... not even yourself. And so you see that anger simply did not happen. There is no possibility of anger ... Be playful with your wishes, and thus remains the same in success or failure.

Just start thinking about yourself at ease. nothing special; not that you need to be victorious, not that you have to be successful in every situation. This is a big world and we are small people.
