I use MetaMask and when you go to the distribution site, there's a breakdown for all the EOS transactions of your wallet. Well, the ICO transactions at least. You'll see which period you transferred ETH to there. There's also a breakdown of how many unclaimed tokens you have.
I used it ever since I was stupid enough to click a wrong MEW link. Thank Bob that I was able to transfer my ETH in time, and it's for a different ICO.
