This was the first time I made oven-baked potato back in 2015! I am glad the photos are still here and so here I am sharing with you:
- Preheat the oven to 420°F.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle them with salt and pepper, and prick them with the tines of a fork.
- Lay them on the oven rack and cook the potato for 45 to 60 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Take out from oven. Add toppings of your choice. I have added beacon, cheese, chopped green onions and sour cream as you can see!
And there you go! It's yummy and easy to make! :)
