The Vancouver Commercial / Residential Tower design is located on a forgotten site adjacent to the new underground underground lines. The project is located on the south gate of Vancouver, on the large boulevard of Cambi. This commercial-residential project is a combination of an avant-garde building with concrete floors and a smooth layer that reflects the light and distortion of the border between the inside and outside of the building.
The installation of a spiral platform designed to absorb energy in the upper ramps has created a distinctive shape over a simple cubic design. The corners of the building are designed to control the angles of the sun, and, as an applied elemental, eliminate all the shadows of the sun's horizontal and vertical. But the most important feature of this suite is the proper integration of business and residential realms. Setting up a thought plan with standard space separation and correct circulation is one of the positive aspects of building design and innovation.
Facade
The design of the building has a sign and a sign of the sun's effect, which results in the creation of an appropriate lighting system and control of the intense reflection of sunlight inside the building.
lighting
Building lighting is done by Tamar Frank. He has designed his art and creativity with the help of elements of neuralgizing the building, in addition to controlling natural light, with beautiful artificial light.
