Sleep is an integral part of our lives, as sleep is an opportunity for the body to reduce the volume of its work, and specifically concentrates on improving the cells, organs, work systems, and preparing it for work again the next day.

Human beings living in modern times - with their diverse activities - many have lost the opportunity to sleep well and enough. Night time should be used to rest, used for activities after a full day of work.

Inconsistent activity - sometimes sleeping sometimes does not - can result in body rhythm disorder and can interfere with physical and mental health.

The following sleeping myths are still believed to be a lot of people, and maybe one of them is you.

A good night's sleep is for eight hours

Nothing is certain with that amount. Everyone has different sleeping needs, and you will find out if your sleep is enough, when you do not feel sleepy in a boring situation in the afternoon.
