Had a quick run in the forest, through the trees and crossing river, in brief. Since covid there has not been much activity to write of, and found that most thought patterns would lend itself to some sort of morbid rhetoric, which I tend to always shun and try to move away. So hence the delays in posting. I am a true believer in all things positive, and firmly believe in the age old adage, which my mom always insisted upon. That being this, "Thought, Word, Deed." The belief that what you think, you talk about, and what you talk about you do.

Nothing can exist without thought, the table you sitting at, the chair you sitting on, the door, the house, the roof, the glass, the computer or phone you the your posts on, where indeed all once thoughts, thought that were expressed though words, and those words were put into action, which resulted in an action that became a reality.

It is for that very reason that we need to pay particular attention to what we think, and vigilantly try to insure that all your thoughts remain positive, and whenever we inadvertently entertain any negative thoughts, which is inevitable, we train our minds to change that thought into something more positive.

This does however not mean we ignore the thoughts we do not like, but rather pay them mind, but do not give them power. Do this by registering them and immediately removing the power they may have by consciously changing them.

This can be hard at first, but if we constantly practice the art of changing our minds, it does eventually become habit and that habit becomes second nature, and more importantly it becomes your reality. So be very careful about what you think.

"The lessons we love to teach, are the lessons we most need to learn"

So I say to myself, pay heed to your own opinion. It is probably most valuable to me. :-)

Happy weekend everyone, stay safe. Find the beauty around you.
