Our daily life consists of a variety of options, such as choosing breakfast, choosing the clothes we will wear, choosing the words you speak, etc. But sometimes we forget the way we feel. Sometimes we can become hostages to our circumstances but we must choose to be free. Many may think that the amount of money you receive is the measure of your success, but today we are talking to you about a deeper meaning - happiness. Our thoughts create the way we live. So you have to focus on ideas that increase your emotional energy.

Keys to Happiness Daily:

1- Be a friend of your emotions:
You should set a few minutes each day to sit quietly with no distractions that can distract you and focus on yourself. Try to follow the rhythm of breathing and observe what thoughts and feelings that control your interests and let it rise in your memory. As soon as your mind calms down imagine that there is a bubble blowing from afar and drifting upward until it draws attention, breathing may become deeper and slower now. Try to allow yourself to sink into this calm feeling for a few moments and communicate with yourself.

7- Get enough sleep:
We all know that sleep helps you to recover and helps us focus and become more productive. This is very important for your happiness. Your third point is solid. As a human animal we often forget not only to communicate with nature, but commune with the earth itself through direct physical contact with their bare feet...soft grass, a mossy stone in a flowing river, cool mud, or a warm sandy beach. I'm sure most people can remember the last time they'd felt one of these most simple pleasures in life.
