Last Breath (Original Poem)

in life •  8 years ago

Take my hand, when I'll be on a deathbed,

I'll kiss it gently, to make it my final memory,

I'll keep it dear and near to my heart,

I've been blessed by such wonder..

Stay by my side,

Let me see you for a while,

A photograph, a beauty captured by an artificial eye,

How I wish, I could be young again to spend another lifetime..

I'm not afraid right now,

Just sad, that I'll go alone,

Crowded by your memories,

And crowned by your love..

I'll tell him about everything, how perfectly he crafted you.

And we'll have a cheers on your name.

May be its not the time, may be I'll have more time, may be not.
