We had a super busy day today, Childbot no1 is the big 18! He's a man now, how quickly they grow.
Anyway, had no time to make a big dinner so made a quick homemade Tofu hot garlic with wholewheat noodles.
Then came the birthday cake, this is a 100% Vegan chocolate biscuit cake in who's helmet?
He is a well know character from a long running movie franchise.

No, not at all. JUst wrap it in kitchen towel. I typically put it in a pot then put a smaller pot on top and fill the smaller pot with things like bottles of sauce to add extra weight. I don't own a tofu press.

Wow! So my girlfriend and I share a car and she's gone for the weekend for work. I'm stuck at home, we live in the country so the "store" is a few miles walk and a shitty gas station. Anyways, the point is, I'm very slim on food and don't really feel like getting anything from the gas station. I do, however, have garlic, tofu, some hot peppers and the link, and some random noodles!
Thanks so much for inspiring this coincidental inspiration! If that makes any sense, haha. Those few ingredients probably make up 75% of the edible food here so it couldn't have been more perfect

Ha ha, hope you got sorted man. It is one of my favourite quick tofu dinners. so easy to make and super tasty. Plus when you make it yourself you can spice or garlic it up as much as possible.
