Why does it hurt so much to miss?

Everyone at some time in our lives has gone through that feeling of wanting to be with someone who is no longer, come to our head memories that become more and more frequent occupying all our concentration, to the point they consume and we only do that: MISS

That feeling of wanting to be with an old love, a friend who left or a family member who is no longer and that there is no possible sea, is that it really hurts us.

Many times we do not want to miss that person, we want that feeling to be good, but it is something that we can not control, it is inevitable.

Missing cause sadness, an empty chest, nostalgia, anxiety and endless feelings unpleasant.

In fact, there is something very peculiar about that feeling because it triggers a series of symptoms in the body of the person, since anxiety causes the muscles to contract causing pain in the chest, muscles of the face and throat With Crying causing pain and excess mucus caused by crying irritation of the nasal tissues, becomes inflamed and gives discomfort.

So there is no pain only emotional / mental if not also physical.

How hard it is to miss ...

I agree with you @morelamendez . I too had experienced that feeling . Even now at times i do miss my close ones. It is really hard to withstand that situation when no one actually cares for us and when we meet that same person. Keep posting . :)
