I know it will get better but I nearly had a meltdown driving in traffic yesterday, I am experiencing crazy mood swings and want to just hide from the world. However I went kayaking for an hour yesterday, took an hour massage and thinking I may need to start juice cleansing to help with the physical stress I have.. this just fucking sucks basically! I can talk myself into 1000 reasons I should not bother with this silly challenge I set myself up for but so far I will continue with my goal.
