You Need to Feel Weak For You to Be Strong

It is important to remember that you must feel weak for you to be strong. When we experience trauma, we will be in a vulnerable state. This vulnerability is not permanent, and we must learn to cope with it. We need to make sure that we learn to deal with it so that we can deal with the stress that we are experiencing. This means that we must be aware of how to deal with our feelings and not let them overwhelm us.


Most people think that you need to be strong to deal with difficult times. While that may be true, sometimes it is better to be weak than strong.
