Who Else Has Sluggish Mornings?

Alright, kicking things off on this post. This will be a quick one - see below for the quickest and easiest stretches that you can pull off in under 10 mins every morning.
Rick Kaselj's - 9 Mins Every Morning (honestly that's if you do several cycles, I get through one complete cycle in 3-5 mins and it gets me feeling refreshed. I think it's Kaselj's emphasis on stretching out the spine, get's all that micro-current flowing smoothly and seeing that he's leading injury specialist in the industry, he knows his stuff)

Brian Klepacki's - Four Dynamic Stretches (this is a good quick add-on to Kaselj's workout routine above. He's becoming a strong coach over at the solid team at Critical Bench and this showcases his experience, simple and rejuvenating..do about 5 reps per side to start)
