Horrible assumption that begging is a necessity of homelessness. I respect the effort to become more enlightened, but to combine homelessness and begging as if they're inseparably intertwined is false and blurs the perception for those close-minded folks who most need a dose of reality and something similar to, but less offensive than tolerance.

We were not pretenting to "play" homelessless. We just performed a street retreat based on our own guidelines. There is nothing wrong with that, right?

Not at all, but not all homeless people resort to begging to eat, nor does homelessness make such a thing a necessity.

Totally agree. I never claimed such a thing.
