Ohhh I hear you. I feel SO much better with more sunlight and warmer weather. The winters up here in the northeast are way too harsh for me. I've definitely noticed the toll it takes on my health. And it's one thing if someone's pretty healthy, but I've had some struggles over the years (nothing too crazy, some hormonal imbalance and thyroid issue due to not being able to express myself freely), and it just makes it all worse... Feel bogged down, mentally poopy, etc. There's a reason they sell those seasonal depression lamps and stuff! I've wanted to move for YEARS now, and it's finally happening soon. I'm so beyond excited! Take care of yourself... Nourish. Take that vitamin D. Stretch. Breathe. And maybe venture out of the city from time to time to help overcome the harsh northeastern winter blues. <3
