I never knew this was also called the tree of life. We buried one placenta in the back garden. I didn't just want to trow it away in the bin, with all the top soil globally. The first time, I didn't even think about that. My mind was dead after delivering the baby. I had read all the books about pregnancy and never noticed one thing about the after birth of the placenta etc. It was so shocking for me xD

    Oh my! I hope it made you feel better. I dont think I could deal with such a thing straight after the ordeal of the birth! It would end up haunting me!

    I was quite surprised by the tree of life thing too. I can sort of see it in a weird way
