Police officer Phillip Meacham, 38, was killed, after being pulled over by the suspect, who was posing as a police officer.

James Kennith DeCourseyis, the suspect, was killed by law enforcement in Clarksville, Tennessee.

I used to have more animosity for police, but now I feel more sympathy for them. Just like kids signing up for the military, they don't really know what they're getting themselves into. The system is corrupt from the top-down, not bottom up in my opinion. I know it's a cliché, but they really do risk alot. Let me know your opinion below. Are cops victims or perps?
