Some people brag about their poor memories. To me it's like bragging about how drunk they get. I actually had to check the calendar for the date. I have to remind myself what day it is before I get out of bed. I either need a schedule, or just let it go. I did that in December and missed my train. And over stayed a hotel room in Savannah in February. I don't want to believe I'm losing cognition. It's just being lazy. But just in case, I'd better step it.

A few pushups this morning. A slow dozen and various flexibility work. Breakfast was blueberries, pineapple and chia seeds... a different type of breakfast. Two teas and two rounds. T & F. (Just in case).

The XXL Singapore t-shirt is feeling tight in the upper-upper and chest has that good workout feeling. I'm a bit psyched. The meatless diet hasn't had any strength diminishing effects as far as I can tell, however I'm not lifting heavy-heavy like the last time I attempted to go plant based.

And that's the day so far. Maybe I'll make that hike today. Maybe!

Made the hike, thirty minutes only to discover Publix is not only closed, but wrecked... under reconstruction. I stopped into a mini mart for trail mix, but there were no prices on anything. So I opted for 7/11, where the cashier was wearing a hoodie and seemed like he was trying to hold it together.

Moe and more I feel like I shouldn't be out in the world. But it will come around... or shalli say "we" will come around. I'm 180° out now but will align again soon.

Tonight could be one of my last night's in the gym. I'm thinking hanging and proprioception and balance... and a remember to do difficult stuff.

I think I sealed my fate declaring my need to hit the gym tonight... I opted out. Not that I had to... I may make it in the morning.

After the walk I laid out by the pool and oddly enough that made me sleepy..so I came in and had a nap. Dinner... lentils, egg and seasons... (Jupiter).

Then got the work done. Came back and learned more about money. I can maybe get some abs done before bed. The nap should keep me up for a while.

Shoulder is still sore... working on healing and making it stronger and tougher for the future. Don't buy the hype about permanent damage, while I test the hype about regeneration.
