Acting with deliberation

In the same way you have to relearn the difference between pain and a stretch when doing yoga, you can explore acting against your more emotional impulses to figure out which emotions are necessary to explore and release, and which are merely transitory and not worth indulging.

One of my favorite ways to accomplish this is by practicing Yoga. By practicing deliberately.
