Very sad days for those who were lost and injured.
It’s very frightening to drive through a big wild fire. I had an experience of driving through a very dried bamboo forest and seeing the fires being started on both sides with sparks flying all over. Some small fires had started on the dried bamboo leaves. I was afraid of being caught up and couldn’t escape from the jungle road. We had to speed up the car to get to safety. Big fires are unimaginably terrible to me.

This place burnt about 20 years ago and they burn it again these days. ofc it's cause by humans on purpose and it is a tragedy. Many people lost their houses that the government won't pay the back for building them again and the saddest part is that many lost their lives . Greece and Portugal are very much alike, first the corrupt politicians, now the stupid fires circling poor people and burning them alive in their cars... last year half of Portugal burned up, more than 100 people died, burned alive, I blame the gov, not only because they don't do a good job at clearing out garbage in the forest but because they don't give enough instruments for the fireman to work with... I have friend that had to travel from one city to the other through a tunnel of flames! Their tires melted!

When I read about the tragedy I felt myself so sad. Here in Italy we are really in pain for Greece and we are following the news on tv hour after hour. Some of my friends usually goes there for vacation and I know it's a beautiful place, but it's not just a beautiful place, it's also the cradle of civilization and the mother of great knowledge and greek people need to have better time then these :( so sorry.
