Stress levels are directly proportional to how much you care about something.. We are always concerned that we are not doing enough, that we are concerned with other people's opinions about us, and that we are afraid of the uncontrollable shift ball. We have no idea where it will come from, and our season's success has only been reached, prompting us to be concerned about the difference in the following season.
