Hello everyone! I know, I know, I wasted a while but I came back to tell you more and advise them :)
If they are here it is because they made the decision to operate you, you are in process or just want to read the story.
What is breast augmentation? The mamoplasty involves a change in volume and shape of the breasts, are those of increase and reduction of breasts. Most of these operations are for aesthetics, so you have to consider several things:
Pre-operation
- If you are going to operate that is for you, not for others
- Meet and consult with several doctors before choosing the one indicated, also look for references.
- They advise you your ideal size, if you want them bigger than what they told you then find an intermediate point.
- Always ask. Recovery time, type of prosthesis (there are different shapes, textures and profiles).
- Maintain good health, it is important not to have high or low values when you have the blood tests as it depends on whether you can operate or wait another time.
During the operation: Keep calm, just place anesthesia and go. In the blink of an eye you have your perfect breasts.
Post-operation
- Try to don't move as possible. Well, the pain in your body or discomfort will force you to keep you semi-lying. Do not raise your arms, do not do weight, not nothing. You're a baby again because you have to take care of the wound by closing where the prostheses were inserted.
- Massages are essential, fluid retention will keep you as rocks if you do not drain with massages, even if they are uncomfortable or painful.
- The post-operative bra or the band: do not remove them, just to bathe. The breasts need to grasp the fit position and join.
EXPERIENCE
Here is a photo where I do not see a slight curve in the breasts.
There I was 16 years old and I was already bad for the problem with my breasts, they spent two years and I was still going, I wanted the shirts to look good, that when I looked in the mirror should not think of "if I had more .. . ".
A cousin had intended to have surgery and I accompanied her to her doctor just to find out, I left the consultation with the decition to operate me, I even told my mom to convince my dad. They were not going to grow me anymore and if they grew up it was a little bit, would I have to wait until I was pregnant to grow up? I do not think so. My bras were size 30 and only got 32 and 34 if they were push-up. I really had a problem with my physique and that was the only thing I could fix.
There is a big taboo with plastic surgeries, they believe that one creates a falsehood in their body, "before it she was not like that, had to operate for it," people should stop living in the past and accept people with their changes, accept that with artifices or without them we all change. Therefore, do not deprive yourself of the "what will you say" if you want to operate you.
I SEARCHED TOO MUCH ON THE INTERNET AND SEARCHED FOR MANY REFERENCES. I am the most traumatic person in the world but prevention is better than regret. We even bought morphine to be given to me for 6 days after the operation so as not to feel pain. With the part of "do not move" I did not pay much attention, the next day I was in the university, more asleep than awake by the morphine but there it was.
The pain was strong in my case, the pressure, my spine could not stand being seated and if I went to bed was the same, sometimes woke up on the side and it was a hell of pain because you have to sleep on your back. THE MASSAGES WERE MY SALVATION, it was annoying but it is a necessary evil.
My operatin was at 18, almost turning 19. It's been 11 months and it was the best decision I've taken in my short life, I like it when I look in the mirror, my clothes look better, before people saw me for my lack of an arm, now I prefer to imagine that it's because of my breasts, I feel more confident.
This is a photo after the operation
Be risky and if you don't feel satisfied with something: CHANGE IT. It is valid for all types of cases.
VERY LUCKY!
