At least things are still being made by hand. I wonder if the artisans of yore are the "makers" of today. I can make almost anything with an Arduino or a Pi. Don't give me wood though, I'm likely to have less fingers afterwards....😲

We are being kept too busy surviving and fighting distraction to hone and develop our creative skills. It goes along with our consumption programming that it is easier to throw out a shirt and buy another one , than to sew on a button.
