Hello Friend. I'm new too. Some things that advised me:
Create personal post with my photos.
Read post that interests you (see them complete) and comment seriously.
In this way you will create links of people that you follow and that they will vote you.
Hope to serve. I follow you but have patience since I live in the Andes and I do not have Internet most of the time. Greetings and luck!

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
