Photography is an art that can capture the worst of times and the best joys in life, along with days past. Since as far back as I can remember, I have been shooting, my first camera was a disc camera. Although it didn’t take very good pictures I loved finding different ways of shooting nature, family, and wildlife
My parents never supported my habit, they thought it was a silly thing to chase after. I remember my father saying, “who makes money taking a photo?” But I knew someday I’d put my talent to work.
Over the years I’d shoot anything I could. Mainly 35mm. From trains to tracks, wildlife and nature, portraits and weddings. I had a calling I enjoyed!
Marriage, three kids and a a full time job I had to take a step back from photography. Something I miss terribly. I sill get a good photo now and then with my iPhone but really shooting on a still night, I miss.
So from rainbows to portraits, full moon shots to yesterday’s history. As seen through my Lens I share with you!
