Long story short - got this book recommended to me on the internet, worked like a charm, I stopped after ~15 years of smoking, so just passing on. Yes, it was easy.

Nope, it's not a book that scares you with health risks associated with smoking - you already know that. I'm not going to post a summary, as it could do more damage than good, but just to give you a gist - nicotine is very addictive, but withdrawals symptoms are mild as hell.
Just read this book - and you'll quit. It's that easy.
Informative content. We must also considere guidance of youth to avoid any addictive activity. Therfore, they wont face the struggle to stop in the future.
