I remember something that Talia al Ghul said in The Dark Knight Rises: "Suffering builds character." Those words echo in my head whenever I'm feeling down, or like the Universe is going against me. They remind me that struggle will end. Maybe not today, not tomorrow, but eventually it will. It has to. And once it's gone, I'll be stronger for it, ready to take on a new challenge, a new hindrance. So, I agree with you, we ought to learn to appreciate that fucking grind, no matter the pain, no matter the blood and tears. Because it reinforces us, empowers us once it's gone.
