About win-win situations:

Win-win situation are almost without exception only uncomfortable for people whose childhoods solely consisted of win-lose situations. They're used to controlling any negative emotions that come out of negative situations. This is why win-win situations, in which there are positive outcomes, will seem and feel very strange and uncomfortable simply because they haven't been taught how to handle positive emotions coming out of situations which are of win-win nature. Because of their win-lose childhoods, they will be attracted to people with whom, too, they will, most likely, only have win-lose situations. It becomes a continuation of the FOO (The Family of Origin). This in order to feel like they're in control.
