4 awesome tips to feel great!

Do you hate the size of your nose, do you think you are overweight or are you ashamed of your big feet? Many women are insecure about their appearance. Probably, your environment thinks you are beautiful, but you are just not allowing that. Time to learn to love yourself! It is known that women who love themselves are happier.

TIP 1: Positive diary - People are naturally inclined to remember negative events better than positive events. So here is a exercise which helps you to remember events the other way around. Write every day in a diary what have gone well, which moment gave you a good feeling? What positive events you experienced today. Browse weekly back and draw your conclusions. Eventually you will see that you’re mindset is changing into a positive one!

TIP 2: What others think of you - Did you ever asked your friends / partner / family how they see you? People often have a very different picture of you than yourself. Ask them what they like the most of you. Do not think they give you any answer to give you a good feeling. Simply collect the compliments and enjoy!

**TIP 3: The mirror 1 - Go to the mirror and look yourself right into your eyes. Then take a look at yourself and focus on your strengths like your beautiful eyes, your beautiful hair, your beautiful hands. Be aware how pretty you are!

TIP 4: The mirror 2 - Say something positive to yourself every day in your mirror, for example in the morning. Give it a try, even if you think it's nonsense. Just try to do this for a while, because in time it will also change your self-image in a positive way. Do not forget to laugh at yourself, when you smile your body sends a signal to your brains that you’re in a good mood today. You feel it, others see this!
