Hello frend,

Bricks Making Process of Land

RAW MATERIALS FOR MAKING BRICKS

-Clay

-Water

-Ash

TOOLS TO MAKE BRICKS

-Hoe

-Pencetak Bricks

Grinder -Machines bricks

-Machines Burner / Furnaces

-Wooden Fuel / Coal

HOW TO MAKE THE PROCESS OF BRICKS

First of all look for areas of soil in the form of hills and clay soil texture, not too much sand, textured soil will reduce the strength of the brick. Also close to a water source, a mixture of ground.input into the tool traditionally smelter or we can make a hole and then we stepped on simultaneously here is useful for compacting soil

next after the soil is mixed with water and looks rather dense we can enter into a mold made of bamboo or wood

drying stones in the blazing hot sun. This process takes two days because they actually have to dry so that the bricks be strong later his

lah entry into the final stage of the roasting should be noted here that this step is considered very important in order to become a rock solid

at the final stage is to clean and arrange stones and bricks ready to be marketed. Unfortunately they overlooked their governments need support from the government such as the procurement of more modern tools to facilitate them in the production of bricks

Thus the story and my experience may inspire you all
