How do you review your day to know what triggers your stress? Well, first, you need to know what it is that's triggering your stress. Second, you need to be able to find ways to deal with that trigger.
You might be tempted to get a therapist or counselor if you feel your triggers are anxiety related. But you might be surprised by the results, they will provide. They are just like any other therapist. They try to change your thinking habits and help you overcome those negative thought patterns. If you have tried therapy in the past, then I suggest you check out my blog as I recently had someone give me an interview.
What most people don't realize is that their trigger could be something as simple as not getting enough sleep. This could lead to a series of events that leads to stress, such as stress over work, relationships, finances and other issues. So, instead of looking at your triggers as a source of stress, look at them as learning points. The more you learn about your triggers and how to deal with them, the less likely you are to experience stress from them.
Now that you've identified what causes your stress, take the time to figure out how you can effectively deal with that trigger. Is there anything that you can do to stop the trigger from happening again? If so, then you are in control. Remember, this is all on your terms!
Next, take time to review your day to see what triggered the most anxiety. Try to find ways to deal with those triggers. Sometimes this is something as simple as setting aside a few minutes for yourself before you go to bed. Other times it might be something as simple as spending time with friends or family.
It might be helpful to find a book that gives you tips on how to deal with the trigger. If you have to choose between one book and another, it might be a good idea to go with the one that explains it best. But you should make sure that it gives you ideas on how to deal with each of your triggers in your day to help you avoid them.
Last, review your day and see if there was anything else that was not a trigger. If there was, then do those things! This is also a time to go back and re-evaluate what was triggering you to feel stress.
Once you've done this, it will help you better understand what your triggers are. The better you know your triggers, the easier it is for you to deal with them. So take the time to understand them.
Once you have the knowledge of what your triggers are, you can then begin to eliminate your stressors from your life. There are many ways to get rid of stress, such as meditation, exercise, yoga, and others.
Review your day to see what you did well or what you could have done differently. Make notes on things that you did well. Look for areas where you need improvement and try to fix these things.
If you are having trouble making the most of the days go your way, try to figure out why.
Do your best to improve your life every single day. If you have trouble dealing with stress, it might be time to make some changes to your life. If you are feeling as though you are always tired, don't give up!
