I know it sounds crazy because most of us hate negative emotions? And here I'm talking about embracing them!
If you are the one who tries to hide and skip negative emotions then this is for you. There's no need to feel guilty if you hate your negative emotions because it's not something to love. But I guess once you get to know all the benefits it comes with you will try to embrace it.
We have to understand that negative emotions are part of life. It's like a window from where we can throw all the bad air so that we can fill our room with happiness. Also, negative emotions give us a chance to know ourselves better. It connects with our true selves.
Now the question is, how can we embrace negative emotions?
First, find a way to clear and release your emotions. If you don't want to harm or affect others try to find another way to release it.
Then you must figure out what causes your negative emotions.
Figure out how you react and if there's any need to have more grip on the way you release it.
Most importantly don't feel bad about it. Take time to release it and understand it.
Accept your negative feeling, if you feel like crying- cry; if you are angry- release your anger in a good way. It's totally okay to have negative emotions. Just we need to understand them to make our life easy. Take your time and never try to hide or skip them.
