Yeah this is above my knowledge. I would maybe try another browser and go from there. Unfortunately there is no dtube help desk to ask about stuff like this. Sometimes there is errors on their end and all you need to do is wait then try uploading again later. I wish I could help more but there could be so many factors into what your error could be.
