Little things matter a lot and could breed even greater things. That is the story of kindness.
The story of a woman whose husband has a brother living with them. The husband would instruct the wife not to give his brother food at any time but the wife so submissive and diligent to her husband, never obeyed that instruction. She always fed her brother-in-law albeit without the knowledge of her husband.
Her husband always gave the excuse that his brother was lazy and a never-do-well, the wife nonetheless felt otherwise and saw him as someone with purpose, even though her husband couldn't see that. The brother-in-law however had the habit of eating and keeping the dirty dishes underneath his bed, leaving the wife to come and always do the cleaning. Bad enough you can say
Fast forward to about fifteen years later, the couple are no longer together because the woman couldn't bear a child but the interesting part, all cars used by the woman today are being sent by her ex brother-in-law who is now doing fine in one of the first world European countries. The same young man she treated right over a decade ago against the wish of her husband. He sends her gifts like he doesn't his sisters.
Being kind is never been foolish, it's definitely a seed you're sowing. Whether you do good or bad, you'll definitely reap from it. Why not then opt to be kind to someone one today.
It pays to be kind.
