I believe cannabis has health benefits. It was outlawed because of the movie "Reefer Madness" that came out in the 1930's, where people who smoked weed turned into zombies that attacked the good citizenry. After half a career in drug enforcement I believe this herb is beneficial, moreso than anti-depressant prescription drugs, and should be legal in all 50 states. Obama was a coward not to legalize recreational and medicinal use of cannibis. Until the day...alcoholics will kill more in DUIs and domestic abuse.
