ehy dear @morimoritanbo,
in the world we live in, frantic and full of expectations, it seems that super-work stress is an inevitable condition from which we cannot escape. A low level of stress is healthy because it gives us the energy to do better than we can. but it reaches a point where people, faced with too much work, cannot make it and fall into the so-called "burnout" that kills the motivation to work and is dangerous for our general health. when stress lasts a long time it creates a psycho-physical suffering that manifests itself with fear, anxiety, insecurity, fear of losing control. Sometimes, however, we have the strength to change, making ourselves aware that it is not right to feel bad about work, "we are not our job": we are good people even outside of it and, above all, we are ourselves. when something makes us unhappy we should always have the courage to do something to change, well done :-)) congratulations on your curie vote

Thank you so much! You are completely right about the anxiety and stress. I wasn't in a good place and my health was getting worse and worse.
