Toxic People as Agents of Oppression and Earth's 6th Level Extinction Event

Our biological wet wire systems. (I feel amazed to be plugged into one) appear to be caught in an ever dwindling spiral of degradation, with what's become known as 'toxic people' acting as agents of oppression, having an ability to reach into areas of our lives that the authorities can't get to (yet). We must tackle this in our everyday lives, we need to take our world back from an ever growing and increasingly globalized authority and their army of followers that like to drink the 'kool aid' and somehow think that everything's OK, that we've actually made progress, when in actuality we've been pushed into a 6th level extinction event.
