For the last one and a half year I've done a lot of changes in my life which I think was not possible at the time (lost 15Kg, got in shape and less worried/stressed/anxious) .
It's so simple that anyone can start right now, here what I do every day.
Eat
I've changed the way I eat, reduced sugar, milk, cheese, bread, fat.At the same time, I've introduced more healthy food.
For example, today I drink coffee without sugar, how can you manage to do that ? simple, reduce 1% of sugar on every cup of coffee you take, sooner or later you don't need sugar at all!
Exercise
I don't like to go to the gym, and I don't want to have a big body, I just want to be healthy and fit, so I started to do less than 10-20 minutes of exercise on my living room - every day - I started with 20 pushups and 30 abdominals, later on I increased gradually 1 pushup and 1 abdominal until I feel my limit (then I keep for one week and increased again and again...).
Sleep
I used to sleep 4-5 hours a day, I _had_ to send another email, I "had" to code another line, I "had" to start another project.Now I sleep 8 hours a day and produce a lot more.
Stay in the present, be mindful
Don't travel to the future or back to the past, if you do this, you only spend energy from today.
I know, it's obvious and easier said than done, but believe me, the secret is to do small changes every day to achieve the life you want to you.
Very true, i started this process a week ago. Also if I may add, sometimes it takes some bad news or events to start taking care of yourself. #nostress
