Well shit! another day of running around fixing shit for free. This apartment management shit is getting fucking old. I quit for a goddamn reason - so I could get my own shit done and start having a fucking life.

My wife is the manager, so if this place isn't running she will loose her job (and our free rent) so even though I quit because my back got fucked up - I still have to run around and baby sit shit around here.
Fuck I get so pissed off. I'm trying to learn all this tech shit so I can make some real fucking money instead of the fucking meager shit that we barely survive on - but you know how the American dream goes - you either fucking work for some prick for 80hrs a week or fuck you, you can go live under a bridge.

Hey, I don't mind the working part - hell, I am pretty good as a carpenter/jack of all trades - sometimes I actually like it.
It's the fucking never-ending work and still being broke- never being able to 'catch up' on bills and overdraft fees and loans to cover the overdraft and over and over and over.
Weekends - yeah great, we got a roof over our heads but thats it. There is never truly any 'down' time. We just get to sit around and stare at the same 4 fucking walls day in and day out.
This doesn't even resemble the fucking bullshit "american dream" they sold my dumb ass in school. Grow up - get a job - life will be great. Fucking liars.
I would much rather have had them be honest.
Well, I at least squeezed in a few hours on the server today - I fired up an old VM and discovered I had another server08r2 enterprise install with a valid key. Weird, copying a win7 vhd destroys the 'windows genuine' shit -but fuck it copy servers all day long LOL.
Maybe I should just switch to doing all my dev work on a fucking server box LOL.
So I installed the new mysql database - i found ou they added support for json fields and nosql (just like mongo).
There's an oxy moron - mysql db that does nosql ROFLMAO.
