There are number of ways and some people have their own way to relax their body.
According to me, If you sleep enough and you are still feeling tired. Then you need to relax by doing power nap. Some people like to drink tea or coffee. Close your eye for 10min and free your mind. That will helps you to relax your body. Always eat healthy only eat any junk food if you want to change your taste.
