Stay in the rules, prevent diabetes
Many of us have a misconception that diabetes is an adult disease. This misconception is not correct, but it can be seen in younger people even though it is seen more in the past. So all of us should be aware of diabetes.
What is diabetes?
Diabetes is a metabolic disease. Inside our body metabolic due to the complete or relative deficiency of the lymph hormone due to disturbance, the amount of blood glucose increases and once it comes out with urine this overall condition is called diabetes.
We need to prevent diabetes:
Be careful about the amount of time before taking food: The amount of food we normally eat should reduce the amount of diets to prevent diabetes compared to the previous. False foods should be reduced to half as much as before. Drinking a glass of water before eating is good.
Exercise regularly:
Exercise at least 30 minutes daily. Walk in the morning. Regular exercise helps keep the weight of the body healthy, maintains the amount of blood sugar in control.
Dinner:
Due to the prevention of diabetes, it is absolutely necessary to have breakfast in the morning. Dinner is not only avoided by hunger but it also helps in taking the daily calories needed.
Eat more vegetables:
The amount of vegetables and vegetables should be kept more than fish meat in the list of foods. Although meat is nutritious, it increases the risk of diabetes. Vegetables should be eaten more than just to keep the nutritional needs of the body.
Regular health checkup:
Diabetes is a silent killer disorder. So regular health checkups should be done to keep diabetes free. If you have a diagnosis of early symptoms, you may be able to get healthy treatment.
