These are the Fat to Fit in 12 weeks journals.
The aim is to loose 2 stone from 12- 10 stone in 12 weeks to get into a healthy BMI by doing free low to moderate intensity exercises, and mindful eating.
So, far I have been walking, dancing, clean eating and meditating. I have also been using colour therapy to aid any potential weight loss. In the coming weeks I will be cycling, doing yoga and some other crazy stuff.
