Stand up to your fears; forget your defeat!

One of the most common routes to failure, is that when the going gets tough we let “defeat” enter our minds. This only leads to one outcome, failures and defeat itself; if the mind thinks and visualizes it then it will more than likely come to fruition. This is because "the fears you don’t face become your limits. And the doubts you don’t deal with become your walls"....a wise man once told me.

The issue of fear has become more of a usual thing especially as things are falling apart in the global economy. Fear and uncertainty of the future leads to panic, worry and anxiety, then unavoidably, defeat.

Let's ask ourselves.  How many times has Donald Trump gone bankrupt? How many times did Edison try to invent the light bulb?  The only difference between them and those who have failed is that they got back up and did not admit defeat. Why is that? That is because failure is what makes a person. Everyone fails. But what's most important is your ability to get right back up, to never give up and to never give in...to defeat.

My advice: Don't give fear the chance to own your life anymore. Forget your past failures, own up to them by forgiving yourself for failing. Give yourself a chance. Redeem yourself by getting back up, going out there and making an open mockery of defeat.
