Have you noticed that it is difficult to make changes and they seem to be overwhelming if it is truly something BIG? I realized that it is much easier to make small incremental changes rather than take a full lifestyle upheaval.
Many people would like to begin an exercise program and it is best to figure out what works best for your body. If you have any health issues to consider, it may be desirable to begin with walking, low impact movements in the water, or light weights for strength.
