Write In A Journal, Notebook, or Diary Daily!
Here are a few things that you could jot down:
- Things I need to do
- Things I need to pay
- A volcano of emotions
- The book you've been wanting to write for so long
- Whatever life throws at you.
Use this daily exercise as a mind dump. Literally dump/write or type everything in your head.
After doing this exercise you may find yourself in a state of calm, relief, or even feel lighter.
The thoughts in our head seem to weigh us down, which can be taxing both mentally and physically.
By doing this every day you allow yourself to find a way to release everything that you've been holding on to.
