All About Sleep And How To Get The Most Out Of It!
Some Sleeping Tips:
1.) Sleep Early if you can, set a reasonable time you want to head to slumber land 🕰
2.) Make it a habit to go to sleep at that time. If it helps, set an alarm to remind you that it's time to go to bed 🛌
3.) Try not to check your cell phone or any device while in bed as you're about to go to sleep. For some it may help them. If it works for you then that's great, but if you happen to notice that you are still wide awake there are a couple factors that play into it. Usually it's a combination of the bright artificial lighting (blue light) on the phone and engaging interaction you have with your cell. There are others factors that could play into it📱
4.) Drink a warm beverage without any caffeine. For example Camomile Tea, Warm Milk, or simply Warm Water may aid you to go to sleep. Drink about an hour before you lay down.

Now you may have a medical condition that causes you to use the restroom frequently, if that is the case then I would seek the advise from your doctor for a solution.
6.) Play some soothing-relaxing music. The lullaby will rock you to sleep 🎼
7.) Take a nice warm bath or hot shower. The heat of the water will help to relax those tired muscles after a long day. 🛁🚿

According to the Mayo Clinic, "snoring is the hoarse or harsh sound that occurs when your breathing is partially obstructed in some way while you're sleeping". There are a few solutions. You can sleep at a higher angle by adding a couple pillows. If it is possible you can try sleeping on your side. There are snoring devices that may reduce or even eliminate your snoring. It could be a sign that you possibly may have a medical condition that needs to be addressed. For a proper medical diagnosis please talk to your doctor.
