If you are a property agent, chances are that you might have encounter this...I tend to get very hyped up whenever i have a client who wants to view my units or when i get to meet a potential client who is keen to give me the exclusive. Spending precious time to building that rapport and finally getting the go ahead to meet up.
Only to realise that the client never turns up...what a way to spoil the day.
